Work has been overwhelming for me lately. A lot of stuff to get done all the time and i cant keep track of what to do when.
So here’s a couple of simple tools I found to be effective for me on a day-to-day basis:
Action-Impact to-do tool
Remember the Action-Impact matrix? And the Ivy-lee routine?
I found this cool simple tool, where I plot on it what I need to do for today, and scatter it based on its quadrant, which visually makes it easy for me to decide what to do first.
Inbox zero
This is simply a nice website with cards explaining how the most productive people manage their inboxes. A collection of tips, apps and workflows. Some of them really helped.
HOLD X
A simple chrome extension that combines to-do, Pomodoro, and distraction blocking features. Check the video for more.
