#3: ACTION-IMPACT BOX AND 3 NETFLIX HACKS
Hello Friends,
Welcome to issue #13!
Today, I'm sharing one of my favorite mental models, and while we are in the couch potato mood, 3 tricks to upgrade your Netflix experience!
The Impact / Effort Model

When it comes to work there are always thousands of ideas and projects to implement.
Deciding what you should actually do, what you should delay, what you should firmly delegate and what you must kill is a tough task unless you have a clear Mental model. I use this framework to make decisions generally in my life too.
The Impact/effort box comes to rescue.
The concept simply tells you:
Always start with Quick wins(High Impact, low effort) especially if you are starting a new job.
While doing that, start planning for Major projects, because it needs high effort, but yields high impact which puts you in a stellar position with management.
There will be always people who push for (high effort, low impact) projects, be ruthless and kill that immediately
Sometimes (low effort, low impact) projects are just tasks that need to get done or it will help look that you've done a lot. Do your best to delegate those.
Voila, a smart employee with the optimum amount of effort.
